1. Scope and agreement formation

1.1 Scope & contact Information

These General Terms and Conditions govern all purchase agreements made between
Licenty VOF (“Licenty”, “we”, or “us”) and individuals who purchase products through our
online platform for personal use (“you”, “your”), not related to any commercial, business, or
professional activity.

Licenty VOF is a company based in the Netherlands.

You may contact us via:

  • Email: contact@licenty.com
  • Address: Van Aeswijnstraat 15, 7783GM Gramsbergen, The Netherlands.
  • Phone:+31 (0)6 36172922

If we need to get in touch with you, we’ll use the contact details provided with your order.
Please review these Terms carefully before placing your order. They explain how we process
orders, your rights and responsibilities, and how we manage potential disputes.

1.2 Order process & agreement

Items shown on our website do not constitute a legally binding offer but an invitation to
purchase. When you place an order, you are submitting a binding offer to purchase those
products.

To place an order, you must:

  • Add products to your shopping basket
  • Enter required personal and delivery information
  • Select a payment method
  • Accept our Privacy Policy and these Terms

Only once you click “Place Order and Pay” do you make a binding commitment to purchase.
After placing an order, you will receive an acknowledgment email confirming we received it
(the “Order Confirmation”). This does not yet signify that your order has been accepted.

A binding agreement is created when:

  • You receive a Shipping Confirmation from us; or
  • You selected PayPal and payment was successfully completed.

If no Shipping Confirmation is received within 5 business days of the Order Confirmation,
your offer is considered declined.

1.3 Order limit

A maximum of ten items may be purchased per order.

1.4 Guest checkout or account

You may check out as a guest or create a Licenty account. Account holders can view their
order history and save details for faster future checkouts.

1.5 Right of withdrawal

You may withdraw from any agreement under the right of cancellation (see Section 8).

2. Registration, customer account, and data accuracy

2.1 Account creation

Creating an account requires accurate and complete information. You will receive a personal
customer ID linked to your email upon successful registration.

2.2 Account security

Keep your login credentials secure. If you suspect misuse, please update your password
and contact us immediately.

2.3 Data accuracy

Ensure your information is up to date at the time of placing an order.

3. Payments, pricing, delivery & return costs

3.1 Product pricing

Prices are shown in US Dollars (USD) and include VAT. If a pricing error occurs, we will
contact you to resolve it before dispatch.

3.2 Payment methods

Accepted payment methods include:

3.3 Invoicing

You will receive a digital invoice either with your Order or Shipping Confirmation.

3.4 Missed payments

If a payment is missed, we reserve the right to:

  • Charge interest at [X]% above the base rate of SNS Bank (NL).
  • Cancel your order and withhold costs already incurred

3.5 Shipping fees

Shipping fees are not included in product prices and will be displayed at checkout. If you
cancel an order, we’ll refund standard delivery costs (see Section 8 for exceptions).

3.6 Return costs & conditions

The return costs are entirely the responsibility of the customer. We do not accept returns for
products that are damaged or not packed in the same manner as they were delivered. If a
product is returned damaged to us, the customer may either keep the product or return it, but
please note that no refunds will be issued for damaged items. Returned goods must be in
the same condition as when they were received, and any signs of use, damage, or
alterations may result in the refusal of the return. We strongly advise ensuring that the
returned products are properly packaged to avoid any damage during transit.

4. Shipping and delivery

4.1 Dispatch date

The dispatch date is when your parcel leaves our warehouse.

4.2 Estimated delivery

due to your actions, you may cancel your order.

We may send items in partial deliveries at no additional shipping cost to you.

4.5 Free shipping

We are pleased to offer free shipping to all countries to which we deliver. The shipping fees
for your order will be waived, regardless of the destination country. This applies to standard

the date of purchase. Please note that this warranty does not cover cosmetic wear and tear
or any damage resulting from improper or abusive use.

6.3 How to claim your warranty

To make use of the warranty, it is essential to notify Licenty directly within the warranty
period if a defect occurs.

You can reach out to our Customer Service team or visit the nearest store to return or ship
the product. You will be asked to provide either the completed warranty certificate or the
original proof of purchase. Licenty will then assess whether the defect is covered under the
warranty terms.

If the issue falls within the warranty coverage, Licenty will either repair or replace the product
and reimburse any related repair costs, including the return shipping.

Please note that initial shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
